Common use of FRAMEWORK PERIOD Clause in Contracts

FRAMEWORK PERIOD. 8.1 This Framework Agreement shall take effect on the Framework Commencement Date and shall expire either: 8.1.1 at the end of the Initial Framework Period; or 8.1.2 where the Authority elects to extend the Initial Framework Period in accordance with Clause 8.2 below, at the end of the Extension Framework Period, 8.1.3 unless it is terminated earlier in accordance with the terms of this Framework Agreement or otherwise by operation of Law. 8.2 The Authority may extend the duration of this Framework Agreement for any period or periods up to a maximum of two (2) (1+1) years in total from the expiry of the Initial Framework Period by giving the Supplier no less than three (3) Months' written notice.

The Supplier must be given no less than three (3) Months' Months written noticenotice for each one (1) year extension permitted under this Framework.
