Common use of FRAMEWORK PERIOD Clause in Contracts

FRAMEWORK PERIOD. This Framework Agreement shall take effect on the Framework Commencement Date and shall expire at the end of the Framework Period unless it is terminated earlier in accordance with the terms of this Framework Agreement or otherwise by operation of Law.
