Common use of FRAMEWORK PERIOD Clause in Contracts

FRAMEWORK PERIOD. 8.1 This Framework Agreement shall take effect on the Framework Commencement Date and shall expire either: 8.1.1 at the end of the Initial Framework Period; or 8.1.2 where the Authority elects to extend the Initial Framework Period in accordance with Clause 8.2 below, at the end of the Extension Framework Period, unless it is terminated earlier in accordance with the terms of this Framework Agreement or otherwise by operation of Law. 8.2 The Parties hereby agree to extend the term of the Agreement by the maximum period of two (2) years. The Agreement expiry date shall be 26th July 2019.
