Framework Review Meetings. 2.2.1 Unless otherwise agreed regular performance reviews will take place throughout the Framework Agreement (‘Framework Review Meetings’) unless otherwise agreed between the Authority and the Supplier The exact timings and frequencies of such Framework Review Meetings will be determined by the Authority following award of the Framework Agreement. It is anticipated that during the first twelve (12) Months of the Framework Agreement the structure and frequency of the meetings will be as set out in paragraphs 2.2.2 to 2.2.5 below. Flexibility from both Parties will be expected over the frequency, timings and content of these reviews. 2.2.2 The agenda will be agreed by all prior to the Framework Review Meeting. The meeting may cover the following: 2.2.2.1 Overall performance including Supplier’s supply chain performance, including an assessment of SME’s being used to supply and/or deliver services where applicable; 2.2.2.2 Efficiency opportunities, e.g. cost drivers (Supplier and Authority); 2.2.2.3 Market conditions (UK/Global market share, financials); 2.2.2.4 Government Policy updates including emerging Government initiatives; 2.2.2.5 Security and Risk management;
