Franchisee’s Response to Records Requests. In the event the City provides the Franchisee with a written request to inspect or review Franchisee’s books and records pursuant to Section 11.1 above, Franchisee shall, within fifteen (15) days of Franchisee’s receipt of such written request, provide the City with access to any information Franchisee is reasonably able to collect in response to such request and shall, within thirty (30) days from receipt of such request make available to the City all pertinent information in response to such request, consistent with the terms of Section 11.1 above; provided however, that to the extent there is additional information which Franchisee is unable to reasonably collect in such thirty
