Common use of Fraud Control Clause in Contracts

Fraud Control. First Data shall make available to RCSI, as requested by RCSI, First Data’s fraud control services (the “Fraud Control Services”) which shall include the use of the First Data “On-Line Fraud Management System,” “Fraud Detail Management Screens” and the other fraud control services and functionalities available from the First Data System. Without limiting the forgoing, the Fraud Control Services shall also include the services described below.
