Common use of Fraudulent Conduct Clause in Contracts

Fraudulent Conduct. Offering or disseminating fraudulent goods, services, schemes, or promotions (i.e., make money fast schemes, chain letters, pyramid schemes), or furnishing false data on any signup form, contract or online application or registration, or the fraudulent use of any information obtained through the use of the Services, including without limitation use of credit card numbers.

Fraudulent Conduct. Offering or disseminating fraudulent goods, services, schemes, or promotions (i.e.e.g., make money fast pyramid schemes, chain letters, pyramid “pump and dump” stock fraud, make-money-fast schemes), or furnishing false data on any signup form, contract or online application or registration, or the fraudulent use of any information obtained through the use of the Services, including without limitation use of credit card numbers.

Fraudulent Conduct. Offering Engaging in any fraudulent activity, including, but not limited to: (1) conducting fraudulent business operations and practices; (2) offering or disseminating fraudulent goods, services, schemes, or promotions (i.e.e.g., make money make-money- fast schemes, chain letters, and pyramid schemes), ; and (3) individual or furnishing false data on any signup form, contract business representation as an authorized third-party affiliation or online application or registration, or agent for a business entity without the fraudulent use of any information obtained through the use of the Services, including without limitation use of credit card numbersbusiness’ prior consent.
