Common use of Fraudulent Use of Services Clause in Contracts

Fraudulent Use of Services. Client is responsible for all charges attributable to Client with respect to the Services, even if incurred as the result of fraudulent or unauthorized us of the Services. Crosswind may, but is not obligated to, detect or report unauthorized or fraudulent use of Services to Client. Crosswind reserves the right to restrict, suspend or discontinue providing any Service in the event of the fraudulent use by the Client.
