Free Calling Area. In the event a QC local or extended calling area extends beyond the scope of a given White Pages, Publisher's delivery obligation will include Publishing Agreement for Official Listing/Directories Execution Copy only such additional White Pages as may be requested by a Subscriber in such free calling area and required to be provided to such Subscriber by regulatory order or rule.
Free Calling Area. In the event a Verizon local or extended calling area extends beyond any Scoped Area, Publisher’s delivery obligation with respect to any Subscriber that resides in the portion of such free calling area not within the relevant Scoped Area shall include only such additional White Pages as may be requested by such Subscriber and required to be provided to such Subscriber by any Legal Requirement, which Publisher shall provide at no charge to the Verizon Parties, their Subscribers, Other Service Providers or the Subscribers of Other Service Providers.

  • Minimum Shipping Requirements for TIPS Sales Vendor shall ship, deliver, or provide ordered goods and services within a commercially reasonable time after acceptance of the order. If a delay in delivery is anticipated, Vendor shall notify the TIPS Member as to why delivery is delayed and provide an updated estimated time for completion. The TIPS Member may cancel the order if the delay is not commercially acceptable or not consistent with the Supplemental Agreement applicable to the order.

  • Standard Work Week (a) Except as provided below, the standard work week for Full-time Employees shall normally consist of 35 hours per week, which shall normally consist of 5 equal Shifts of 7 hours. (b) The standard work week for certain Full-time Employees, including but not limited to, technical Employees, shall normally consist of 37.5 hours per week, which shall normally consist of 5 equal Shifts of 7.5 hours.

  • RDO Schedule/ Working Day Calendar (a) The Employer recognises that hours accrued in accordance with clause 38 create a bank of hours to be drawn upon by the Employee, as a paid RDO. The Employer recognises that Employees are entitled to take off days accrued in accordance with this clause. (b) The agreed indicative RDO/Working Day Calendars for 2024 to 2029 are attached at Appendix D of this Agreement. (c) For the avoidance of doubt, nothing in the arrangement for an indicative RDO / Working Day Calendar is intended to impose a limit on the ability of the Employer to determine with its Employees when and where work can be performed to meet operational requirements or otherwise limit the Employer’s right to manage its business and improve productivity.

  • Minimum Customer Support Requirements for TIPS Sales Vendor shall provide timely and commercially reasonable support for TIPS Sales or as agreed to in the applicable Supplemental Agreement.

  • Service Area (a) SORACOM shall provide the SORACOM Air Global Service within the area designated on the web site of SORACOM (the “Service Area”), provided, that, the Service Area may be different if stated otherwise as specified by SORACOM separately. However, within the Service Area, you may not use the SORACOM Air Global Service in places where transmissions are difficult to send or receive. (b) The parties of this Agreement acknowledge that there may be countries or locations within which SORACOM may be restricted from providing the SORACOM Air Global Service due to applicable laws, regulations, decisions, rules or orders (“Restrictions”). During the Term, SORACOM will use reasonable efforts to monitor whether there are any such Restrictions. SORACOM may in its sole discretion and at any time, suspend, discontinue, limit, or modify the SORACOM Air Global Service or impose additional requirements on the provision of the SORACOM Air Global Service, as may be reasonably required to comply with any such Restrictions. (c) In no event will SORACOM be required to provide the SORACOM Air Global Service in countries or locations, or in a manner that would be in violation of the Restrictions and its failure to provide the SORACOM Air Global Service due to the Restrictions will not be deemed to be a breach of its obligations under this Agreement. (d) In the event that any Restriction, or any change in applicable law, regulation, decision, rule or order materially or adversely affects the delivery of the SORACOM Air Global Service (including the economic viability thereof), SORACOM will notify Subscribers in writing and the parties will negotiate in good faith regarding changes to this Agreement. If the parties cannot reach agreement within 30 days after notification from SORACOM requesting renegotiation, SORACOM may terminate the Agreement upon 30 days’ written notice to the Subscriber.
