Free of Encumbrances. SSS shall take all measures necessary to ensure that all Wet Sand in the Wet Sand Stock Pile Area, all Dry Sand produced to the Dry Sand Silos, all Dry Sand delivered to the Tender Delivery Point, and all Dry Sand Byproduct will at all times be free and clear of all liens and other encumbrances.
