Freedom from Encumbrances. Neither the Vessel nor its Earnings, Insurances or Requisition Compensation, the Time Charter, the Accounts, nor the Depot Spares Sharing Agreement, nor any other properties or rights which are, or are to be, the subject of any of the Security Documents nor any part thereof will be, on the Delivery Date of the Vessel, subject to any Encumbrance other than any Permitted Encumbrance.
