Common use of Freedom from Reprisal Clause in Contracts

Freedom from Reprisal. Individuals involved in grievance adjustment proceedings, whether as a grievant, a witness, an Association representative, or otherwise shall not suffer any restraint, interference, discrimination, coercion or reprisal on account of their participation in the grievance adjusting process.
