Common use of Freedom of Assets from Restrictions Clause in Contracts

Freedom of Assets from Restrictions. To the extent necessary to enable the Corporation to carry out its purpose and functions and to conduct its operations in accordance with this Agreement, all property and other assets of the Corporation shall be free from restrictions, regulations, controls and moratoria of any nature, except as may otherwise be provided in this Agreement.

Freedom of Assets from Restrictions. To the extent necessary to enable the Corporation to carry out its purpose the operations provided for in this Agreement and functions subject to the provisions of Article III, section 5, and to conduct its operations in accordance with the other provisions of this Agreement, all property and other assets of the Corporation shall be free from restrictions, regulations, controls and moratoria of any nature, except as may otherwise be provided in this Agreement.
