Common use of Freedom to Contract Clause in Contracts

Freedom to Contract. The Executive represents and warrants that Executive has the right to enter into this Agreement, that Executive is eligible for employment by the Company and that no other written or verbal agreements exist that would be in conflict with or prevent performance of any portion of this Agreement. The Executive further agrees to hold the Company harmless from any and all liability arising out of any contractual obligations entered into by the Executive that would prevent Executive from performing the services Executive is required to perform under this Agreement.

Freedom to Contract.
