Freedom to Use Ideas. Subject to Section 9 and notwithstanding anything to the contrary contained in the Agreement or an Order Form, the ideas, methods, concepts, know-how, structures, techniques, inventions, developments, processes, discoveries, improvements and other information and materials developed by Liferay, individually or jointly, in and during the course of any Order Form, may be used by Liferay, in perpetuity, without an obligation to account (whether financially or otherwise), in any way Liferay deems appropriate, including by or for itself or its customers or partners.
