Common use of Freely Assignable Clause in Contracts

Freely Assignable. The related Customer Agreement, by its terms, is assignable without consent of the Host Customer or any other Person (subject to the rights of the Lessor under the Master Lease Documents) or, to the extent any consent is required for such assignment, such consent has been obtained. Upon assignment of the Conveyed Property to the Borrower, the Borrower (as Lessee) or its designee will be entitled to receive the payments made by the related Host Customer under such Customer Agreement.
