Frequency and Dollar Amount Clause Samples

The 'Frequency and Dollar Amount' clause defines how often payments or financial transactions are to be made and specifies the exact monetary value involved in each instance. In practice, this clause might state that payments are due monthly, quarterly, or upon completion of certain milestones, and will detail the precise amount to be paid each time. By clearly outlining both the timing and the sum of payments, this clause ensures predictability and transparency for all parties, reducing the risk of disputes over payment schedules or amounts.
