Frequency of Collection. (a) Construction and Demolition Debris shall be collected at a frequency agreed upon by Franchisee and each of its customers, but in no event less frequently than is required for compliance with Ordinance No. 455 of the City dealing with the control of collection and disposal, or with any successor ordinance dealing with such subject; (b) Franchisee shall begin and complete scheduled collections of Construction and Demolition Debris between the hours of 7:00 A.M. and 6:00 P.M.
