Common use of Frequency of Payment Clause in Contracts

Frequency of Payment. Each employer shall pay such contributions together with any employee deductions to the Fund in the following manner: (i) In respect of full-time employees payments shall be made monthly for pay periods completed in such month; and (ii) In respect of part-time and casual employees payments shall be made every three months for pay periods completed in such three months.
