Common use of Frequency of Payment Clause in Contracts

Frequency of Payment. The Company will pay an Employee’s wages as follows: (a) By no later than Wednesday of each fortnight, and (b) An employee will have wages paid into his or her choice of: a bank account; or an approved credit union.
