Common use of Frequency of Transactions Clause in Contracts

Frequency of Transactions. For all share accounts, except checking accounts, during any given month, I may not make more than six (6) withdrawals or transfers to another account of mine or to a third party by means of a check, draft, debit card, preauthorized or automatic transfer, or telephonic order or instruction. Transfers or withdrawals in excess of these limitations may not be honored, and my account may be subject to closure by you.
