Frequent Flyer Program. On the date of this Agreement, Northwest and Gulfstream shall enter into a WorldPerks Program Partner Agreement in the form of Exhibit C attached hereto (the “WorldPerks Agreement”). The parties agree to include the Codeshare Flights in Northwest’s WorldPerks frequent flyer program in accordance with the provisions of the WorldPerks Agreement.
