Fringe Benefit Package. The District shall offer each eligible unit member the fringe benefit package that includes medical, vision and dental coverage. For bargaining unit members who are employed less than five (5) hours per day and who have been employed for thirty (30) days, this benefit for the worker only shall be prorated in the same ratio as the regular work hours per day bear to eight (8) hours per day. Medical benefits are not available to any worker employed less than four (4) hours per day. The medical insurance shall be offered through the CalPERS Health Benefit Program subject the following conditions: a) Effective July 1, 1999 the District shall contribute $16 per eligible unit member for each month; this amount shall be the basic District contribution for health insurance. b) In addition, the District shall contribute for each eligible unit member a supplemental amount per month of up to the current adjusted tiered premiums for Kaiser medical, dental and vision insurance. The supplemental amount may be applied for the purchase of medical, dental and vision insurance benefits for themselves, dependents, spouse, and a registered domestic partner, subject to the provisions of the carrier. Domestic partners are two adults of the same sex who have chosen to share one another’s lives in a committed relationship in accordance with California Family Code section 297(b). IRS regulations provide that domestic partner benefits are taxable to the worker. c) The maximum dental benefit has been increased to $3,000 as part of total compensation negotiations. Prosthodontics, dentures and implants are included based on the limitations provided by the Delta Dental Plan.
Fringe Benefit Package. In addition to base salary and except as expressly provided in this Agreement, Employee shall receive the same fringe benefits currently provided to other full-time management employees of City, as provided in the City’s Compensation Plan for management and executive employees and as those benefits exist on the effective date of this Agreement. Such fringe benefits shall be subject to the terms and conditions of the applicable plan, policy, or other controlling documents. In the event a benefit has different terms for executive management and any other group of management employees, the executive management benefit shall apply to Employee. Except as otherwise required by law or by contract with any benefit provider, changes in benefits shall not apply to Employee, unless and until so determined by action of the City Council.
Fringe Benefit Package. 6.1 The ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ School District will pay each employee a maximum of $11,000 for the 2024-2025 contract year for full time certified employees, or adjusted rate based on FTE of teaching contract, to be used for fringe benefits (insurance benefits). 6.2 This percentage does not include the cost of the LTD Policy which is carried by the ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ Public Schools. 6.3 The ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ School District will provide an IRS 125 plan for all employees who wish to participate. The ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ School District will bear the cost of the Insurance Premium Only portion of the 125 Plan, the employee will pay any cost for additional benefits of the 125 Plans if they take part in that section of the plan.
Fringe Benefit Package. A benefit package equal to the combined cost of a single coverage health insurance policy and a single coverage dental plan will be offered to each full-time teacher. Teachers not employed on a full-time basis will be offered a benefit package on a prorated basis in direct proportion to their contract. A cafeteria benefits program will be available to all contracted certified teachers. If this condition exists, the teacher may use the dollar amount of the benefit package for the other options listed in the cafeteria program. It is the teacher’s responsibility to notify the unit of any change in their insurance status (within thirty (30) days of the change). Teachers will receive up to $200 reimbursement per year toward licensure or course credits. Teachers must provide a receipt and grade with reimbursement request.
Fringe Benefit Package. 1. The Union shall determine the carriers and levels of coverage for medical, dental and vision insurance plans available to members of the bargaining unit. 2. In the event the amount paid by the District for the purchase of insurance for each employee is less than the actual cost of the insurance, then each affected employee shall pay the difference through payroll deduction. The District will provide a Section 125 Flexible Benefit Plan to allow for pre-tax employee deductions. 4. Any District Contribution that is not spent on the insurance choices provided within the Section 125 Flexible Benefit Plan may be taken as a cash option and then applied to an employee TSA contribution. Fringe Benefit Package. The School District will provide to sign language interpreters the following fringe benefit package which shall include employer provided health and dental insurance under the following terms and conditions: A. PLAN TYPE: For the 2022-2023 and 2023-2024 school years the School District shall provide employees the opportunity to enroll in self only and dependent health and dental insurance under the School District’s group health and dental insurance provider for the 2022-2023 and 2023-2024 contract years, the Educators Health Alliance (EHA) health and dental insurance Blue Preferred $1050 Deductible Plan with Employee PPO - 80% A & B, with 50% C coverage at the premium cost established annually by the EHA for the 2022-2023 and 2023-2024 fiscal year. Notwithstanding the foregoing sentence, the School District reserves the right to select a different insurance carrier for any ensuing contract year covered by this agreement, provided only that coverage and benefits of the group health and dental insurance are comparable to those provided under the above described plan in effect for the 2022-2023 and 2023-2024 contract year, would be at a lower premium rate, that association negotiators will be consulted, and the group insurance carrier will only be changed at the beginning of a new contract year.   • Fringe Benefits During the Employment Period, the Executive shall be entitled to fringe benefits, including, without limitation, tax and financial planning services, payment of club dues, and, if applicable, use of an automobile and payment of related expenses, in accordance with the most favorable plans, practices, programs and policies of the Company and its affiliated companies in effect for the Executive at any time during the 120-day period immediately preceding the Effective Date or, if more favorable to the Executive, as in effect generally at any time thereafter with respect to other peer executives of the Company and its affiliated companies.

  • Fringe Benefit The benefits provided by this Agreement are granted by the Employer as a fringe benefit to the Executive and are not a part of any salary reduction plan or any arrangement deferring a bonus or a salary increase. The Executive has no option to take any current payments or bonus in lieu of the benefits provided by this Agreement.

  • Other Fringe Benefits During the Employment Period, Executive shall be entitled to receive such of the Company’s other fringe benefits as are being provided to other Executives of the Company on the Senior Executive Team.

  • Retirement, Welfare and Fringe Benefits During the Period of Employment, the Executive shall be entitled to participate in all employee pension and welfare benefit plans and programs, and fringe benefit plans and programs, made available by the Company to the Company’s employees generally, in accordance with the eligibility and participation provisions of such plans and as such plans or programs may be in effect from time to time.

  • Salary and Fringe Benefits The employee shall be paid a salary which is the pro- rata share of the salary which the employee would have earned had he or she not elected to exercise the option of reduced workload.
