Common use of FRINGE BENEFIT PROGRAMS Clause in Contracts

FRINGE BENEFIT PROGRAMS. In addition to the other benefits provided to the Executive hereunder and to the extent he satisfies the eligibility requirements thereof and to the extent permitted by law, participation in fringe benefit programs made available generally to employees or independent contractors of the Company, including, without limitation, pension, profit sharing, stock purchase, savings, bonus, disability, life insurance, health insurance, hospitalization, dental, deferred compensation and other plans and policies authorized on the date hereof or in the future.

In addition to the other benefits provided to the Executive hereunder and to the extent he satisfies the eligibility requirements thereof and to the extent permitted by law, participation in fringe benefit programs made available generally to employees or independent contractors and/or to senior executives of the Company, including, including without limitation, limitation pension, profit sharing, stock purchase, savings, bonus, disability, life insurance, health insurance, hospitalization, dental, deferred compensation and other plans and policies authorized on the date hereof or in the future.

FRINGE BENEFIT PROGRAMS. In addition to the other benefits provided to the Executive hereunder and hereunder, the right to participate in the extent he satisfies the eligibility requirements thereof and to the extent permitted by law, participation in fringe benefit programs made available generally now or hereafter maintained by the Parent Company or the Company during the Employment Period and offered by the Parent Company or the Company to employees or independent contractors of the Companyits executive officers. Such fringe benefit program may include, including, without limitationbut shall not be limited to, pension, profit sharing, stock purchase, stock option, savings, bonus, disability, life insurance, health insurance, hospitalization, dental, deferred compensation and other plans and policies authorized on the date hereof or in (collectively, the future"Benefit Plans").
