In return for the City Services, Attachment B sets forth the consideration from the City which, in summary, provides access to a designated equipment area in City Hall; telecommunication services delivered to the City; use of City real property and facilities for the purposes of locating equipment and facilities to provide telecommunication services in the City and surrounding area; and other matters set forth herein.
