FTP Access. Where a shared web hosting service includes FTP access by persons other than yourself: 12.1. you are solely responsible for ensuring that the public FTP directory contains nothing that should not be available to those persons; 12.2. the public FTP directory and the material in it are taken to be part of your web site.
