Common use of Fulfillment of Conditions Clause in Contracts

Fulfillment of Conditions. Sellers and the Company will take all commercially reasonable steps necessary or desirable, and proceed diligently and in good faith, to satisfy each condition to the obligations of Holdings contained in this Agreement and will not take or fail to take any action that could reasonably be expected to result in the nonfulfillment of any such condition.

Fulfillment of Conditions. Sellers Seller and the Company Stockholders will take all commercially reasonable steps necessary or desirable, desirable and proceed diligently and in good faith, faith to satisfy each condition to the obligations of Holdings contained in this Agreement Article VII and will not take or fail to take any action that could reasonably be expected to result in the nonfulfillment of any such condition.
