Common use of Fulfillment of Duties Clause in Contracts

Fulfillment of Duties. As long as the Company sustains and --------------------- continues the Executive's position and designation as set forth in SECTION 1 hereof, the Executive shall (i) devote his full-time efforts during normal business hours to the performance of his services hereunder, except during vacation periods and periods of illness or incapacity and except that nothing in this Agreement shall preclude the Executive from devoting reasonable periods required for serving as a director of, or member of a committee of, or holding other positions in, any organization involving no conflict of interest with the interests of the Company and (ii) perform his services hereunder faithfully, diligently and to the best of his skill and ability.
