Common use of Fulfillment of Obligations Clause in Contracts

Fulfillment of Obligations. 1. The Contracting Parties shall take all necessary measures required to ensure the achievement of the objectives of the Agreement and the fulfillment of their obligations under the Agreement. 2. If a Contracting Party considers that the other Contracting Party has failed to fulfill an obligation under the Agreement, the Contracting Party concerned may take appropriate measures under the conditions in accordance with the procedure laid down in Article 24, or may take the issue to the Cooperation Council.
