Fulfillment of Professional Responsibilities. A planning meeting between the immediate supervisor(s) and supervisee, who will be taking part in the evaluation process, will be held before the end of school in June. At said meeting, the supervisee will discuss all of the above performance standards and any possible concerns. The supervisee will then propose objectives which address the performance standards and any possible concerns. The supervisor will react to the supervisee’s concerns and suggested objectives and may suggest additional objectives or modifications to the supervisee’s suggested objectives. The results of this discussion will be the basis of the evaluation plan. The evaluation plan, the support that will be given in attaining the evaluation plan, and a clear statement of how attainment will be measured, will be discussed by the supervisor(s) and supervisee and put in writing by the supervisor(s), signed by both supervisor(s) and supervisee, and a copy given to the supervisee.
