Common use of Fulfillment of Purchase Orders Clause in Contracts

Fulfillment of Purchase Orders. Upon acceptance of a Purchase Order by Agilent, Agilent will deliver the Product (including without limitation delivery of any Batch) by the delivery dates set forth in the applicable Purchase Order.
