Fulfilment. The Purchaser and Seller shall expeditiously do all things necessary to fulfil the provisions herein and shall timeously sign documents as and when required. XYZ Estate Agency shall be permitted to erect a sold sign on the property upon fulfillment of suspensive conditions until 30 days after transfer.
