Full Commitment Clause Samples
The Full Commitment clause establishes that all parties are fully obligated to perform their respective duties as outlined in the agreement, without reservation or partial fulfillment. In practice, this means that each party must deliver on all promises, services, or payments in their entirety, and cannot withdraw or reduce their obligations unless specifically allowed by the contract. This clause ensures that the agreement is binding and comprehensive, preventing parties from backing out or only partially performing, thereby providing certainty and reliability in the contractual relationship.
Full Commitment. This Agreement shall constitute the full and complete commitments between both parties and may be altered, changed, added to, deleted from or modified only through the voluntary, mutual consent of the parties in writing and signed amendments to this Agreement.
