Full Disclosure; No Misrepresentation. YuuZoo has fully provided Alanco with all the information which Alanco has requested for deciding whether to enter into this Agreement. Neither this Agreement nor any certificate or Schedule or other information furnished by or on behalf of YuuZoo pursuant to this Agreement contains any untrue statement of a material fact or, when this Agreement and such certificates, Schedules and other information are taken in their entirety, omits to state a material fact necessary to make the statements contained herein or therein not misleading.
