Full Effect. All waivers of and limitations of liability contained in this Agreement shall apply whether such liability is claimed to arise in contract, tort (including but not limited to negligence), breach of warranty, breach of contract, strict liability, or otherwise. This General Condition 2.12 takes precedence over any conflicting article or provision of this Agreement or any document incorporated into it or referred to by it.
