Common use of Full Execution Clause in Contracts

Full Execution. This Agreement shall be deemed fully executed and binding upon ▇▇▇▇▇ and Seller if and when ▇▇▇▇▇ and Seller have executed this Agreement or separate counterparts. The Title Company’s execution of this Agreement shall not be required for full execution of this Agreement but shall merely evidence the Title Company’s acceptance of its obligations hereunder as set forth below.
