The Full Health Care Coverage clause requires an employer or contracting party to provide comprehensive health insurance benefits to covered individuals, typically employees or contractors. Full Health Care Coverage. The Board agrees to provide for each supervisor no less than identical insurance coverage provided for all other teaching professionals. All members will participate in the PPO as presently offered by the Phillipsburg Board of Education.
