Common use of Full Owner Occupancy Clause in Contracts

Full Owner Occupancy. The Owner will occupy the site and existing building during the scheduled school year. During summer break the school will be partially occupied. Cooperate with the Owner during construction operations to minimize conflicts and facilitate owner usage. Pre-schedule construction operations with the Owner for coordination of demolition operations and the location of dumpsters and construction staging areas. Perform the Work so as not to interfere with the Owner's operations.
