Full Policy Limits Clause Samples

The Full Policy Limits clause establishes that the insurer's maximum liability under the policy is capped at the total policy limit specified in the contract. In practice, this means that regardless of the number of claims, claimants, or incidents arising during the policy period, the insurer will not pay more than the stated aggregate limit. This clause ensures that both parties are clear on the maximum financial exposure, protecting the insurer from unlimited liability and providing the insured with certainty about the extent of available coverage.
