Common use of FULL REPAYMENT AND RECONVEYANCE Clause in Contracts

FULL REPAYMENT AND RECONVEYANCE. Upon receipt of all sums owing and outstanding under a Loan, Lender shall cause the Properties and the related Collateral to be released from the lien of the Mortgages and the other Loan Documents in connection therewith; provided, however, that Lender shall have received all escrow, closing and recording costs, the costs of preparing and delivering such reconveyance and any sums then due and payable under the Loan Documents.
