Common use of Full Retroactivity Clause in Contracts

Full Retroactivity. In the event that a copy of the request for certification of previous teaching experience was sent to the Board, as described in L9.06.02.01 above, retroactivity to the beginning of that school year will be allowed.

Full Retroactivity. In the event that a copy of the request for certification of previous teaching experience was sent to the Board, as described in L9.06.02.01 9.06.02.01 above, retroactivity to the beginning of that school year will be allowed.
