Full Status. Upon determination by the President that a faculty member has successfully completed their orientation period the President shall recommend to the Board of Trustees that the faculty be granted Full Status. Full Status shall not constitute a guarantee of continued employment. Full Status employees shall not, however, be terminated or disciplined by the Administration without reasonable cause; Administration action in this regard shall be a proper subject of review under the Grievance and Arbitration provisions of this Agreement.
