Common use of Full Taking Clause in Contracts

Full Taking. If all or substantially all of the Leased Premises are taken for any public or quasi-public use under any applicable Laws or by right of eminent domain, or are sold to the condemning authority in lieu of condemnation, then this Lease will terminate as of the date when the condemning authority takes physical possession of the Leased Premises.
