Common use of Full Time and Efforts Clause in Contracts

Full Time and Efforts. The position of the Employee is a full-time position, and the Employee will devote the Employee’s full time, effort and attention to the performance of the Employee’s duties on behalf of the Company hereunder. The Employee will at all times faithfully, diligently, and to the best of the Employee’s abilities, perform all duties and assume all responsibilities required of him under this Agreement. The Employee will not, while employed by the Company hereunder, render or perform any services for any other corporation, firm, entity or person which are inconsistent with the Employee’s duties to the Company or which would otherwise impair the Employee’s ability to perform the Employee’s duties hereunder.
