Common use of Full Time Attention Clause in Contracts

Full Time Attention. Executive shall devote his best efforts and his full business time and attention to the performance of the services customarily incident to such office and to such other services as the Board, the Chief Executive Officer of the company or an acquiring company or senior sales and/or marketing executive of an acquiring company may reasonably request, provided that Executive may also serve on the Boards of Directors of one or more other companies with the prior consent of the Board and may serve on the governing bodies of such charitable organizations as Executive determines.

Full Time Attention. Executive shall devote his best efforts and his full business time and attention to the performance of the services customarily incident to such office and to such other services as the Board, the Board or Chief Executive Officer of the company or an acquiring company or senior sales and/or marketing executive of an acquiring company may reasonably request, provided that Executive may also serve on the Boards of Directors of one or more other companies with the prior consent of the Board and may serve on the governing bodies of such charitable organizations as Executive determines.

Full Time Attention. Executive shall devote his best efforts and his full business time and attention to the performance of the services customarily incident to such office and to such other services as the Board, the Chief Executive Officer of the company or an acquiring company or senior sales and/or marketing executive of an acquiring company Board may reasonably request, provided that Executive may also serve on the Boards board of Directors directors of one or more other companies with the prior consent of the Board and may serve on Compensation Committee of the governing bodies of such charitable organizations as Executive determinesBoard, which shall not be unreasonably withheld.
