Full-Time Efforts. During the Term of Employment, the Executive shall devote substantially all of his business time, attention and effort to the affairs of the Company, excluding any periods of disability, vacation, or sick leave to which the Executive is entitled, and shall use his reasonable best efforts to perform the duties properly assigned to him hereunder and to promote the interests of the Company.
