Full-time Employee Named Holiday with Pay. (a) A Full-time Employee who works on a Named Holiday shall also be entitled to an amount that is equal to their regular straight time daily pay. (b) When a Named Holiday falls on a day that would otherwise be a Full-time Employee's regularly scheduled day of rest, the Employee shall receive pay as outlined at clause 22.04(a).
Full-time Employee Named Holiday with Pay. (a) A Full-Time Employee who works on a Named Holiday shall also be entitled to an alternate day off with pay (holiday-in-lieu) at a mutually agreed time. The holiday-in-lieu shall be taken within four (4) weeks before or after the Named Holiday, or by mutual agreement of the Employee and the Employer, the Employee may receive payment for the holiday-in-lieu at their Basic Hourly Rate of Pay. Failing agreement between the Employee and the Employer on the scheduling of the holiday- in-lieu, the Employer may schedule the holiday-in-lieu or pay out the Named Holiday pay. (c) The scheduling of a holiday-in-lieu shall be subject to the efficient operation of the Employer.

  • Full-Time Employee A full-time employee shall be an employee who is normally scheduled to work not less than forty (40) hours per week, consisting of five (5) eight (8) hour working days.
