Common use of Full-Time to Part-Time Clause in Contracts

Full-Time to Part-Time. When the Employer’s business is adversely affected by economic conditions beyond their control and thereby affecting the staffing requirement of that location, the Employer may reduce the number of full-time positions to compensate. The reduction shall be by seniority, as found in Article XXVII.
