Common use of Full Utilization Clause in Contracts

Full Utilization. It is the policy of the Company to fully utilize its own employees in the skilled trades group in the performance of maintenance work. Consistent with work scheduling practices skilled trades employees will be given first priority to do such work provided they are capable of performing such work. This language super cedes other sections of the collective agreement that would be in conflict with this appendix.
