Common use of Function and other Event-Related Charges Clause in Contracts

Function and other Event-Related Charges. Group will be responsible for all other charges incurred pursuant to this Agreement, including (without limitation) any Function Room Usage Fees, audio visual charges, fees for food and beverage at Functions. All such charges shall be billed to Group’s Master Account will and be subject to applicable sales tax and Administrative Charges.
